Question 1

What is digital palmistry?

Accepted Answer

Digital palmistry is a modern version of the ancient practice of palm reading. We use image analysis technology to interpret the lines, mounts, and shapes of your hand, offering insights about your personality, strengths, and life tendencies based on traditional palmistry principles.

Question 2

How does the reading process work?

Accepted Answer

The process is simple: you capture a photo of your palm using your device's camera, our system analyzes the characteristics of your hand (main lines, mounts, finger shape), and generates a personalized report based on traditional palmistry interpretations. The Premium version includes analysis of both hands for a more complete reading.

Question 3

What's the difference between the Free and Premium plans?

Accepted Answer

The Free plan analyzes only your left hand and offers a basic report of your main lines. The Premium plan ($4.70 USD) includes analysis of both hands, deeper interpretations, a comparison between your potential and your current path, personality and relationship patterns, and the ability to download your report as a PDF.

Question 4

Are the readings accurate?

Accepted Answer

Our readings are based on traditional palmistry principles that have been practiced for centuries. However, it's important to understand that palmistry is an interpretive and symbolic practice. Results should be considered as guides for self-knowledge and personal reflection, not as deterministic predictions of the future.

Question 5

How should I take the photo of my hand?

Accepted Answer

For best results: use good natural or uniform artificial lighting, place your hand palm up fully open, make sure the entire palm is visible in the frame, keep your hand steady and avoid strong shadows. Our visual guide will help you position your hand correctly.

Question 6

Are my photos and data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes, privacy is our priority. Your hand images are processed securely and are not permanently stored on our servers. We do not share your personal information with third parties. You can read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We offer refunds within the first 24 hours after purchase if you are not satisfied with your Premium reading. Contact us through our contact form with your proof of payment to process your request.

Question 8

Can palmistry predict the future?

Accepted Answer

Traditional palmistry interprets hand lines as indicators of tendencies, potentials, and personal characteristics, not as fixed predictions of the future. We believe every person has the ability to influence their own destiny. Our readings are designed to offer perspectives of self-knowledge, not absolute certainties.

Question 9

What devices are compatible?

Accepted Answer

Our application works on any device with a modern web browser and camera: smartphones (iOS and Android), tablets, and computers with webcam. We recommend using a smartphone for better image quality.

Question 10

How long does it take to generate my reading?

Accepted Answer

The analysis takes approximately 30-60 seconds after capturing your image. You will receive your complete report immediately on screen, and with the Premium plan you can download it as a PDF.

Question 11

Do I need experience to use this?

Accepted Answer

No, it's accessible even if you've never seen palmistry before.

Question 12

Is it spiritual or scientific?

Accepted Answer

It combines tradition with practical interpretation focused on self-knowledge.
