By accessing and using Digital Palmistry ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Digital Palmistry is an entertainment service that uses image analysis technology to generate palmistry readings based on photographs of the palms of the hands. The Service offers:

• Free Plan: Basic analysis of one hand with general interpretation
• Premium Plan: Complete analysis of both hands with detailed interpretations, extended predictions, and downloadable PDF report

3. Nature of the Service - Disclaimer

Results should be interpreted as tools for personal reflection and self-knowledge. Any important decision in your life should be based on qualified professional advice.

4. Usage Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian
• Provide authentic images of your own hands
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the Service

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

The Premium plan costs $4.70 USD (one-time payment). Prices may be subject to taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through PayPal. By making a purchase, you also accept PayPal's terms of service.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer full refunds within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with your Premium reading. To request a refund, contact our support team with your proof of payment. After this period, sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, is the property of Digital Palmistry or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for you are for your personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially use the content of the Service without express authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the readings
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of the interpretations
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service

8. Use of Images

By using the Service, you grant us temporary permission to process your hand images for the sole purpose of generating your reading. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, images are not permanently stored.

You confirm that the images you provide are of your own hands and that you have the right to share them.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.
